Baker & McKenzie welcomes applications from both law and non law undergraduates, recent graduates and those who have spent time in business or pursuing another career.

We recruit 38 trainees each year. We look for a 2:1 degree (either predicted or achieved), in addition to at least 340 UCAS points (or equivalent). You should also be able to demonstrate a consistently high level of performance throughout your studies.

What we look for?
We expect you to have a good academic record, but this is just the foundation. We are looking for trainees who want to develop their legal career in a professional, challenging, rewarding and friendly environment. We want people who share our global ethos, who are willing to take on responsibility and who have the potential to become more than just excellent technical lawyers. Above all, we are looking for graduates who want to multiply their potential and become the best lawyers they can be.
